3M(TM) Repulpable Flying Splice Tape 905 Transparent, 1/2 in x 60 yd 2.0 mil, 72 per case Bulk Primarily designed for flying and zero speed splicing of most paper types where a thin caliper is required. Can also be used for core starting. A repulpable high tack adhesive film furnished on an easy release paper liner. 905 tape can be utilized in the paper manufacturing converting and printing industries. It is 2 mil (.05 mm) thick and is blue for easy identification. For graphic arts industry to meet a thin caliper requirement. This tape virtually eliminates the "human element" from paper splicing operations. Water solubility and alkali dispersability are excellent. It is not recommended for finished roll splices or light weight porous papers where bleeding may occur. Tape FDA compliant. Liner is not FDA compliant.
