Packing Peanuts or Paper Packaging?

Studies show that consumers prefer brown Kraft paper to foam peanuts when it comes to packaging material in mail order shipments. Although foam peanuts have been the most widely used packaging material, it does have its drawbacks. The most common complaints from consumers are the mess peanuts leave and the hassle of disposing them.
