Construction

Multi-layer Angle Pads from IPS Packaging are pre-formed protective packaging pads constructed of laminated layers of 3/16″ A flute single face corrugated paper. These 90° angle built-up multi-layer angle pads are available in various thicknesses and lengths to meet or exceed National Motor Freight Specifications.

Applications

Multi-layer Angle Pads are designed to provide strong, crush-resistant edge protection for a wide variety of products and applications. The pre-formed shape of these multi-layer angle pads allow for fast, flexible application on your packaging line. Multi-layer angle pads are the ideal solution for a variety of packaging applications including packages or shipments involving case goods furniture, RTA furniture, kitchen cabinets, filing cabinets, office furniture, work stations, appliances, industrial shelving and cabinets, electronics, and stereo speakers.

Available liners, lengths, widths and thickness

The need for foam or polyethylene and the labor to apply them to your product can often both be eliminated when Multi-layer Angle Pads are utilized in combination with our non-abrasive liners. Multi-layer Angle Pads are available with standard corrugated liners or with optional non-abrasive linings such as Michelman® coating, MULTI-SOFT tissue, or micro foam.
