Cornerstone Eco Supreme Hand Film quickly became our top selling hand film, due in no small part, to its innovative coupling of the containment of a premium engineered film, and the ergonomics of a pre-stretched film. IPS Packaging customers have come to count on the economic and value added features of Eco Supreme, but some customers have asked for a lightweight dispenser to help them apply the film. IPS heard these requests and quickly partnered with an injection molder who developed a proprietary light weight 2 piece telescopic stretch film dispenser that allows for quick film application and roll exchange. This dispenser, made exclusively for Eco Supreme stretch film, is comfortable to hold and operate on any size load and is available in Cornerstone Blue. We currently have samples and product available. The Cornerstone Uni-Handle Telescopic Stretch Film Dispensers come 45 to a case.

Cornerstone polyolefin shrink film is a true plug and play alternative for all of you who are using industry leading shrink films like Clysar and Cryovac.

Typical savings of 25% to 30% can be realized even for those who have demanding production requirements.
Cornerstone film has tested so well that we have ordered our first container based on its combination of premium quality and exceptional value. Eleven different cross linked, mufti-purpose CF films will be available mid July. Sizes range from 12” to 20” and gauges from 48 to 75. We have 150 different sample rolls of varying film types, widths, and gauges arriving as well.

Our two newest strapping tools are the MIP 430-34/58 and the MIP-9000 EZ-Load strap dispenser.
The MIP 430-34/58 symmetrical front action sealer for polyester strapping design allows the user to crimp seals from either direction as opposed to a side action tool. This reduces the chances of an operator incorrectly crimping the seal resulting in a poor crimp with little or no joint strength. Improved tool geometry also helps reduce the force needed to crimp a seal.

The MIP-9000 EZ-Load strap dispenser for plastic and steel is the other new offering from MIP. This new design offers several benefits. The open face design eliminates strap pull downs around the core. Front loading reduces strain. Adjustable core holder allows for loading of damaged or out of round cores. The new straptroller design requires less force to pay out strap reducing fatigue. A wider stance and lower center of gravity help reduce tip overs.
