When you send your strapping tools to our tool repair facility, we will diagnose the problem and provide a repair estimate. Authorized repair is performed within 48 hours of approval. Each repair included guaranteed workmanship, complete cleaning and return to factory adjustments utilizing only OEM parts. Our technicians perform thorough testing to ensure proper performance.
All repairs receive our standard 5-point service checks:
- Clean exterior of every tool
- Each tool is completely tested before and after repair
- Old parts returned with the repaired tool
- Clean and Lubricate all moving parts
- Test seal joint returned with each tool
