HereÂ’s how simple the COMPACKER II Top & Bottom Case Sealer operates:



Two continuous motion side drive belts are the sealerÂ’s primary moving parts. The belt drive principle eliminates both jamming and error in box entry timing. The result: up to 30 cases per minute with no product damage. CPMPACKER IIÂ’s proven performance, optimum productivity and cost efficient design will serve you best.

Adhesive System



1. The packed case is delivered to the COMPACKER II from existing conveyor with top flaps vertical and bottom flaps folded.
2. Continuous motion side drive belts power the case past top minor flap folders and bottom flaps are opened for gluing.
3. The case is powered past adhesive applicators, major flap plows and into compression.
4. The sealed case is discharged.

Pressure Sensitive Tape System



The packed case is delivered to the COMPACKER II from existing conveyor with top flaps vertical and bottom flaps folded.
Continuous motion side drive belts power the case past top minor flap folders.
The case is powered past major flap plows, tape applicators and discharged for removal.
