The PAC-SERIES is part of a robust line of stretch wrapping equipment designed to maximize stretch film usage while ensuring the very best load unitization. All ARPACSTRETCHTM equipment is constructed with heavy-duty reinforced structural steel with non-corrosive baked on powder coat finish, to guarantee years of reliable wrapping. The PAC-SERIES is manufactured in the USA and sold through our nationwide distributor network.
The PAC-SERIES heavy-duty conveyorized automatic turntable stretch wrapping system provides superior performance around-the-clock. Ideal for high speed conveyorized production lines, this inline system indexes pallet loads automatically into and out of the wrap zone and discharges loads without operator assistance.
At the end of the wrap cycle, the wipe arm aligns the film with the clamp arm. Once the clamp arm captures the film, the hot wire cuts the film and the wipe arm makes a secondary motion, wiping the film onto the load to prevent film tails from unraveling.
Rugged power roller conveyors are used for passing loads through the PAC-SERIES wrap zone. These conveyors are driven by ANSI chains with sprocket guarding, and are guarded with heavy gauge formed sheet metal.
The PAC-SERIES can be manufactured with several performance enhancements. The optional TIE-GR® Film Tail Handling System eliminates film tails by securing the tail to the pallet. The TOP PLATEN device is used to hold down unstable pallet loads during the wrapping sequence, and a Top Sheet Dispenser covers the top of the pallet with film, for additional product protection from moisture.

TIE-GR Tail Capture System: This patented film tail capture system is unique only to ARPAC. It allows the film to be roped and tied to the skid. With this device the tail of the film cannot come undone in transit or storage. It is ideal for cold environments when the cling tendency of the film is compromised. This also allows the load to be shipped on flatbed trailers without the worry of the film tails flying in the breeze

Turntable Transition Section: Each section allows the load to be transferred smoothly from the squared off end of the conveyor section to the round turntable conveyor. One assembly is required for each transfer point.
Reverse Flow Direction: Changes product flow direction (std. left to right) to right to left
Gravity/Exit Conveyor Photo Eye: Addition of this photo eye allows the turntable to discharge loads when photo eye light beam is not blocked
Variable Speed Conveyor: Upgrade to electrical package that allows conveyor speed to be changed by turn of a knob on the electrical panel (per section)

Stack Light: With This option, machine status will be visible to the operator in the vicinity of the machine. This three tier stack light which mounts to the top of the main electrical enclosure also visually signals operator to attend to the machine for any of machine fault conditions
6 ft. High Safety Fencing: Upgrade to the standard safety fencing that increases height from 4Â’ to 6Â’. This upgrade includes steel mesh protection that is welded to the tubular construction.
Fork Truck Safety Eyes: This photo eye prevents the conveyor section from running while lift truck approaches to load or unload the conveyor section. This eye also removes the upstream clear signal from the controls.
Load Detection Photo Eye: This photo eye detects load on any conveyor section. This is required for each conveyor section purchased.
Wrap NÂ’ Weigh Conveyor: Independent Weighing Scale integrated into any 5Â’ conveyor section.
