Double Post Automatic Rotary Tower Wrapping System. The RTAC-SERIES is part of a robust line of stretch wrapping equipment designed to maximize stretch film usage while ensuring the very best load unitization. All ARPACSTRETCHTM equipment is constructed with heavy-duty reinforced structural steel and finished with non-corrosive Steel-It paint, to guarantee years of reliable wrapping. The RTAC-SERIES is manufactured in the USA and serviced by our nationwide distributor network. The RTAC-SERIES heavy-duty conveyorized automatic rotary tower wrapping system offers superior performance around-the-clock. Ideal for high speed conveyorized production lines, the RTAC-SERIES features a unique arm tower rotation drive system for increased safety and support of the tower and carriage at high speeds. The RTAC-SERIES indexes, automatically wraps, and discharges loads without operator assistance. The standard wipe mechanism relies on static to attach film tails to the pallet load. The patented optional TIE-GR® Film Tail Handling System eliminates film tails by clamping, cutting and tying the tail to the pallet. The RTAC-SERIES can be manufactured with several performance enhancements. The TOP PLATEN device is used to hold down unstable pallet loads during the wrapping sequence, and a Top Sheet Dispenser covers the top of the pallet with film.

“TIE-GR.” Tail Capture System: this patented film tail capture system is unique only to ARPAC. It allows the film to be roped and tied to the skid. With this device the tail of the film cannot come undone in transit or storage. It is ideal for cold environments where the cling tendency of the film is compromised. This also allows the load to be shipped on flatbed trailers without the worry of the wrapped film coming undone.
“TIE-GR. PLUS” Tail Capture System: this patented film tail capture system is unique only to ARPAC. It allows the film to be roped and tied to the skid. With this device the “start of the film” on the pallet is captured & held during the wrapping cycle. Toward the end of the cycle, the tail end of the film is overlaid on top of the captured “start of the film” & twist tie is applied to both ends, totally capturing the wrapped film on the load. This unique mechanism provides a secure and neat package that cannot come undone in transit or storage. It is ideal for cold environments where the cling tendency of the film is compromised. This also allows the load to be shipped on flatbed trailers without the worry of the film tails flying in the breeze.

Aluminum Extrusion Safety Fencing With LEXAN Panels: Upgrade to the standard safety fencing that uses 1.5” sq. extruded aluminum profiles for the frame work, incorporating ¼” thick LEXAN panels guarding the wrap zone.
Fork Truck Safety Eyes: This photo eye prevents the conveyor section from running while lift truck approaches to load or unload the conveyor section. This eye also removes the upstream clear signal from the controls.
Load Detection Photo Eye: This photo eye detects load on any conveyor section. This is required for each conveyor section purchased.
Wrap NÂ’ Weigh Conveyor: Independent Weighing Scale integrated into any 5Â’ conveyor section.
5’ Powered Conveyor Section: This heavy-duty power roller conveyor is used for loading, un-loading or staging loads through the PAC system. It comes with 2.5” diameter rollers, 11 gauge wall steel tubing with 11/16” hex shafts on 3-3/4” centers with a 52” clear width. All rollers are chain driven at a rate of 35 feet per minute Standard. It comes equipped with soft start and sprocket guarding. Has structural steel frame with up to 4000lb. Max. Capacity and 18” {T.O.R.} conveyor pass height.
