Low or High Profile Heavy-Duty Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrapper With Wrap-N-Weigh. The SIDEWINDER® 6 is part of a robust line of stretch wrapping equipment designed to maximize stretch film usage while ensuring the very best load unitization. All ARPACSTRETCHTM equipment is constructed with heavy-duty reinforced structural steel finished with Steel-It paint to guarantee years of reliable wrapping. The SIDEWINDER® 6 is manufactured in the USA and sold through our nationwide distributor network.
The SIDEWINDER® 6 is a heavy-duty semi-automatic stretch wrapper with 6,000 lb. capacity. This model is available with a high profile turntable for forklift loading, and low profile turntable for pallet-jack loading.
The operator attaches the film to the load, and presses the start button to begin the wrap sequence. After the load is wrapped, the operator cuts the film. An optional Automatic Film Tear Device (AFTD) tears the film automatically at the end of the wrapping cycle.
The SIDEWINDER® 6 can be customized to suit your material handling requirements with extended towers for taller loads, extended bases for larger loads, and split frames for odd-sized larger loads. The SIDEWINDER® 6 is also available with a 30" film carriage and dual turntables for greater throughput, cold and freezer packs for reliable operation in extremely harsh temperatures, and a pneumatic roping device for extra load support.

Options
Access Ramp (Standard): Used for hand pallet jack loading to low profile machines.
48" Ramp Extension: Used for electric pallet jack loading to low profile machines.
Split Frame Construction: Used for increasing load clearance to the tower (oversized pallets). Can be utilized with existing scales. (Note: Machine wrap height will decrease proportional to how far the base is placed from the tower)
12" Extended base frame used for oversized pallets (Low profile split models only)
Extended Film Tower: Used for wrapping taller loads exceeding standard machine capability. Standard machine wraps up to 84" high (LP).

NEMA 12 Enclosure: Used for dusty environment, or when electrical codes require
Top Platen (Free Standing): Used for tall, light, or unstable loads. This device applies pressure to the top of the skid stabilizing the load for rotation. It comes with a 24" dia padded disc. No compressed air required

Cold Pack: Used where the pallet wrapper will be exposed to temps as low as 32ºF
Freezer Pack: Used where the pallet wrapper will be exposed to temps from 31 to -15ºF
Cycle Counter: A device that counts the actual cycles of the machine (Resettable)
AFTD (Automatic Film Tear Device): This device automatically tears film at the end of the cycle eliminating sharp objects from being used by operators to cut film
Manual Roping Guide (Adjustable): Used for turning full web into a rope or band
