The 50,000 square foot facility will provide distribution for our growing customer base in the midland and low country, as well as along the North Carolina and Georgia coasts. Expandable up to 3x that size, this location will give our customers even more affordable and timely deliveries,” says Jerry W. Murdock, IPS' President. “The building of this Class A facility with a climate-controlled warehouse and offices shows the strong commitment that we’ve made to our customers in the region.”

The new distribution center will be located on Global Drive in Orangeburg and is anticipated to be open by the end of 2016. The project is being managed by Jamie Medlin, IPS’ Corporate Projects Manager.

John England, IPS Packaging’s former Commercial Division Manager based in Fountain Inn, is now the Orangeburg Sales Manager and has assumed responsibility of the company’s growth plan for the Orangeburg division.
