Adhesive film is available in a variety of finishes and gauges and are ideally suited for a wide range of applications such as packaging, printing, die-cutting, electronics, protective overlay, barrier protection, apparel, screen printing and cold lamination.

These plastic films are produced from 0.75 to 70 mil in thickness and have widths ranging from 1.5 to 88 inches. Lamination of adhesive films is also available.Adhesive films have many different applications, including automotive films, biodegradable films, medical films, mulch films, specialized packaging films, barrier films, anti-static & ROHS fire retardant films, lamination films, FDA approved films, Coex & Monolayer separator films, release films, tape films, construction films, roofing films, reinforced protective films, protective low skid floor coverings, as well as embossed drop sheeting.

Emboss Patterns include: taffeta, box taffeta, micro taffeta, small & large diamond, matte, frosted, dimple, linen, leather grain, polished & weave. Materials used include polyethylene, polypropylene, EMAC, EVA, acid Copolymers, Ionomers & Metallocenes along with a variety of other different custom compounds. Films can be welded using RF, heat & ultrasonic.

Lab analysis include tear testing, tensile/elongation testing, secant modulus testing, peel & release testing, converting capabilities, DSC melt testing, static & kinetic coefficient of friction, surface roughness, emboss measurement, coextrusion layer measurement, heat sealing & seal strength testing.

IPS Packaging's adhesive films are the versatile adhesive solution you've been looking for. They are dry, non-tacky adhesive films activated by heat and pressure. IPS adhesive films enhance design freedom, reduce weight, improve performance and simplify assembly. They adhere to a variety of substrates and “glue” them together for key applications such as foam & textile, food contact, metal, paper & paperboard and automotive.
