A logistics company imports large burlap sacks of Starbucks coffee beans andcoffee bag then transports them for roasting.  The company wraps the super-sized burlap sacks with a 115 gauge blown, which is a very heavy duty film, considering the heavy weight of their loads. One of their main complaints about their current film is the loud screeching sound that the wrap makes as it comes off of the roll.

An IPS Account Manager offered a test of a competitive, highly engineered film from one of our major vendors.  Not only was the film a smaller gauge (and a smaller price tag), the film came off the roll quietly.  Additionally, based on their standard containment specs, IPS was able to offer a film that stretched up to 300% rather than 200% they were getting from their current film.

When compared, the film IPS offered saved the customer nearly $27,000 per year in film costs, a near 47% reduction. And they didn't have to worry about the loud screeching as they wrapped their bags of coffee beans.
