System Packaging Series 9000 Cold Seal Machine

Ideal for packaging different lengths and heights of a product or it can be used to automoate long runs of
similar product lines. Products can range from clothing, books, catalogs, CD's, window blinds, door panel
moldings, and trim.

• -The 9000 series measures the length of the product and makes a package accordingly
• -The standard system comes with either a flited/lugged infeed conveyor or a belted infeed conveyor
• -Two rolls of cold seal material are used to make the protective pouch
• -The end seals and length cutoff are done simultaneously in the sealing head of the system
• -The 9000 series is available in four different widths, 12", 18", 24" and 36"
• -Most all cold seal materials can be run on the 9000 these include corrugated, polyethylene, kraft papers,
  foams, and bubble material
• 8' infeed table and a 3' exit conveyor
• The 9000 series uses 110 V.A.C. and 80 P.S.I
• The unit can run up to 35 packages a minute
