3M(TM) Scotch-Grip(TM) Plastic Adhesive 1099 Tan, 5 gal pail, 1 per case Is Fast Drying and heat curable. Resistance to Plasticizer Migration, for Bonding Vinyl Extrusions and Sheeting. High Strength and Resistance to Weathering, Water, Oil and Many Solvents. It is a light tan, fast drying adhesive with good resistance to plasticizer migration. Air dried bonds have high strength; resist weathering, water, oil and fuel. It is excellent for bonding most vinyl extrusions and sheeting. Also bonds many fabrics and foams. Meets requirements of MMM-A-189C, Class 2.
