If you’re like most people, finding the right size of bubble mailers to ship your item can be a little tricky. Sure, you can see that a #000 bubble mailer is 4″ x 8″ and a #5 is 10 1/2″ x 16″, but sometimes it’s hard to visualize what fits in what size bubble mailer.

Length of Mailer: (L) Length of product + (T) Thickness of product + 2 inches

Example: A video cassette, packaged in a standard video mailer box 7 ½ inches x 4 inches x 1 inch (L x W x T)
