A bathroom appliance distributor was experiencing major shipping issues when their toilets were receiving damage during standard ground shipments. Their original packaging consisted of 40 square feet of foam brand air pillows, but by the time the products were delivered, the pillows underneath the toilets or other products were completely deflated and offered no protection. The company was then forced to ship everything LTL.

The SmartBAGGER foam-in-place system, which delivers exceptional advantages over other foam products, was implemented. A two inch pad was placed at the bottom of each container, with corner braces and a rising bag also being utilized. While there was a rise in packaging cost, they were able to save abundantly on freight, now shipping standard ground instead of LTL.
